Bucknall

Bucknall Methodist Church (ST2 9AS) is set back from Werrington Road, directly opposite Ruxley Road.

We hold an all age Sunday Service every week at 10:30 am. After worship, everyone is invited to stay for refreshments in a warm, friendly atmosphere.

Our congregation includes people of all ages. The church building offers full disabled access and facilities, along with an induction hearing loop for those with hearing difficulties. We also use modern audiovisual equipment, bringing an engaging and contemporary dimension to our services.

Our school room includes a fully equipped kitchen, used by our PopIn Centre every Tuesday from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm, where food is served, and friendships are made. The group also enjoys regular day trips and holidays throughout the year.

We host a variety of social events annually, including Summer and Christmas Fayres, Chocolate Bingo, and Quiz Nights, all open to the wider community.

Alongside Sunday worship, we have a weekly fellowship group which meets via Zoom every Thursday at 7:30 pm, accessed through the Bucknall Methodist Church Facebook page.

Tuesday & Thursday, 3:30 – 8:00 pm – Zag Dance Club (various classes)
Thursday, 1:00 – 4:00 pm – Bucknall Besties Group (Refreshments, sewing, knitting, chatting, reading)
Saturday, 10:30 am – 12:00 pm – Coffee Morning
